Linuwel School's Family Fair and Open Day
First Saturday in November each year

The Fair and Open day are a wonderful opportunity to have a look around the school and indulge in experiences and crafts that are not to be found at your average school fair.

Linuwel Family Fair is renowned for its beautiful high quality handmade crafts and toys, including some special stalls that will enchant your children. Garden lovers and gourmets will appreciate the fresh produce and plants. The day will be filled with activities: some for you to sit and enjoy - live performances and roaming minstrels; others that will engage your energies in enjoyable ways - canoe rides, decorating knights’ shields, games of skill and daring.

As you wander around the delightful school grounds, let yourself be enticed by the aromas from a variety of delicious foods, from cakes to quiche, scrumptious slices to sizzled sausages. You can quench your thirst with freshly-squeezed juices and icy cups or perhaps a cuppa from the Chai Tent or coffee shop, there is something for everyone.

Nestled around Howe's Lagoon at East Maitland, the school takes its inspiration from the work of Rudolf Steiner and provides a caring and creative environment for children from Pre-school to Year 10. As part of our Open Day there will be a display of children's work and an information session. It is a fantastic opportunity for interested families to discover the Linuwel school community.
